THE SRUCTURE OF THE HARDERIAN, EXTRAORBITAL AND INFRAORBITAL LACRIMAL GLANDS DUCTS OF THE LABORATORY RATS

The aim of the study was to determine and compare structure excretory ducts Harderian gland, extraorbital infraorbital lacrimal glands laboratory rats. Object methods. Five male rats were examined by dissecting glands, from which series thin paraffin sections obtained for histological examination. Micropreparations stained with hematoxylin eosin under a light microscope.Results. It found that tubuloalveolar epithelial components gland in middle lobe are even denser than as evidenced very narrow interstitial fissures. have an individual well-defined connective tissue capsule. Inside capsule between lobes there slitlike interepithelial spaces, we don`t detect clusters lipocytes, occurs human. In volume lobes, both spaces contain vessels hemomicrocirculatory tract, mainly capillaries, precapillary arterioles postcapillary venules. Arterioles venules usually visualized outside more pronounced spaces.
